Our Beer

A collaboration with our friends from Junction Cider, Hybrid Theory is made when mildly hopped wort is co-fermented with apple juice from Junction to create a light mildly tart, and effervescent ale. This unique beverage is then finished off with a dry hop of El Dorado for notes of tropical fruit. A truly sublime sipper.
